Who am I?

Hello! I am Günnur Bulut. Since my early childhood, painting has transformed into an indescribable passion within me. As the years flowed by like water, this deep passion constantly drove me to discover new techniques and seek entirely fresh ways to express myself. Currently, I live and create in Bursa and Berlin. The vibrant colors and textures of life are my most precious sources, nourishing my soul and inspiring my original works.

What is the meaning of art for me?

For me, art is not merely a means of expression, but also a never-ending journey that allows me to see the world through an entirely different window. I have had the opportunity to personally encounter the unique works of world-renowned painters and to closely observe their inspiring working environments and living conditions. The mastery of Claude Monet in capturing light, the courageous and sincere narrative of Frida Kahlo, the passion in Vincent Van Gogh's brushstrokes, the boundary-pushing innovation of Pablo Picasso, and the depth that Paul Cézanne brought to forms have profoundly influenced me. I have continuously developed myself through various courses and trainings, and I have participated in exciting exhibitions.

Where is my unlimited energy coming from?

The vibrant atmosphere and rich cultural heritage of the world deeply shape my art. The energy of city streets, the serenity of peaceful parks, and the magnificent mosaic formed by different people coming together are among the primary sources of inspiration reflected in my canvases. Each of my paintings actually whispers a story; sometimes it's the magic of a captured moment, sometimes the purest form of an emotion, and sometimes simply the enchanting dance that colors and forms create with each other. I hope that you too will find something of yourself in these stories. Every brushstroke is, in fact, a reflection of my inner world and the special connection I have with the world around me. The magical world of colors and forms has always deeply affected me. My greatest desire is to awaken different emotions in everyone who looks at my works and to gently invite them towards their own inner journeys.
